Carpet and Textile Floor Cleaning
Steam Cleaning
Using hot water and special extraction solvents, we clean your carpet and upholstery. First, we pre-spray the area to be cleaned to break down any dirt or grime inside. Then we use hot water and steam to further clean the area and, finally, a powerful vacuum is used to suck up all the cleaning solution, water, and stains.
Encapsulation Cleaning
Combining water and a special encapsulation chemical, we eradicate dirt and grime on your carpet. Upon coming into contact with stains or dirt, the encapsulation chemical forms a “bubble” around it. This bubble “encapsulates” the dirt, which is removed from the carpeting. This is a great choice if you have a carpet without much padding underneath, for offices, or for commercial establishments.
Upholstery Cleaning
Upholstery cleaning is a delicate procedure, no two ways about it. First, we will examine the material and look for any stains. Next, we test your fabric for color fastness in an out of the way spot, to ensure the procedure can be performed safely and without damaging your furniture. Then we will use special upholstery cleaner to remove the spot, using a clean white towel to transfer any spots from the upholstery. Finally, we will do a light steam cleaning combined with a powerful vacuum to remove all debris, grime, and any chemicals, including the cleaner. You will then examine your upholstery and we will answer any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Tile Cleaning
Whether you are a home cook with some raunchy looking tiles in your kitchen, have darkening grout lines in your entryway, or your lobby is starting to look a little worse for the wear, we can take care of it. Using a high quality rotary device and some powerful (organic) tile and grout cleaner, we will blast away those dark lines and have your tile and grout looking revitalized in no time. Don’t give those kitchen and bathroom problem areas a second thought!
Deodorizing
Odors can come from a variety of sources, but they all lead to the same reaction: Eww! No problem. Using a combination of green deodorizing chemicals and cleaning tools, we will identify the source of the odor, neutralize it, and leave your home feeling and smelling fresh.
Spot Removal
Got a spot? Got more then one? No problem. Let us take care of it for you. Sometimes those mystery spots are because of a drink that spilled, something that was tracked in, or even an accident from a pet. Whatever it is, we will do everything possible to remove it and leave your carpet looking clean and even again.
General Home and Office Cleaning
Whether it’s your home or your office, you want the place you spend time looking nice. Fortunately, we can take care of that for you and give you a little bit more time in your busy schedule. We handle daily, weekly, and monthly basic janitorial services and home maid services to fit your needs and schedule.
