Cleaning and Maintenance Programs
Maintenance programs, at their core, are about fixing and preventing problems. We clean more often, at a decreased cost per-cleaning to you, with a number of options. Typically this would include basic spotting and professional cleaning of high-traffic areas.

High-traffic areas are the core issue that maintenance programs are meant to solve. Due to their higher than average amount of use, it is extremely important that these areas be cleaned more frequently. Not only will they physically wear faster, but they will also have high levels of soil which need to be removed more frequently to prevent permanent damage. We recommend high-traffic areas be cleaned every 3-4 months.
All of our maintenance programs include spotting for high-traffic areas or other localized spots. We will also include free spotting advice via phone or email at no additional charge should you encounter something too small for a full-service.
Fabric protection is one of the core add-on services that we offer. In order to prevent wear and soiling on carpets and upholstery, we apply a high-quality protector onto your fabrics once we have finished a cleaning. Among the many benefits are less soiling, stain resistance, and improved fiber strength.
